Our Engineering is a qualified structural engineer and is obligated by law to engineer all structures to meet the building requirements of teh BCA cos of Australia. The building Code of Australia (BCA) is a uniform set of provisions for the design and construction of buildings and other structures throughout Australia. The BCA is produced and maintained by the Australian Building Code Board (ABCB) and given legal effect through the Building Act 1975. All building parts are Deemed To Comply with the Norther Territory Building code and include the Section 40 Certificate of Complaince.
